• To check which of your pages are indexed by the Search Engines of Google,
Yahoo,Bing and Ask,input in these search terms:

inurl:http://www.YourWebSite.com/

• To check your Site Popularity with the list of inbound links to your site:

Only Yahoo supplies you a good list and Google only provides very few and limited lists.
Go to Yahoo and type in these search terms:

linkdomain:http://www.YourWebSite.com/
-site:http://www.YourWebSite.com/

The “-site:http://www.YourWebSite.com/ “ is used so that your own web pages are minus off(-site)from the counting of the the links.

• To check the competition for the number of web pages that use a certain keyword as anchor text:

Use the following search terms
inanchor:” Your Keyword”

For example, if you want to know how many web pages use “Acme People Search” as their anchor text, you can search like this:
inanchor:”Acme People Search”

There are 839,000 pages that use ”Acme People Search” as anchor text in their web pages.

inanchor:”how to market powerbar club”
There is only 1 web page that uses “how to market powerbar club” as the anchor text.
Expectedly it is listed as as no 1 in the Google search for my web page that use it as anchor text.

The doable keyword should have 1000 or less web pages that use it as anchor text.
Then you can rank it fast within a few weeks to page 1 of Google with sufficient inbound links.
